Refund policy

Returns

If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can apply for a refund through piklohas@gmail.com, and your refund will be returned to the original account within 1-2 working days.

Our policy is valid for 90 days. If you receive piklohas and have any quality problems with the knives, within 90 days, we can provide you with a return, refund or exchange service. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The product is defective
Piklohas will take care of all shipping costs for your return or exchange when the item was sent wrong, damaged in transit or otherwise defective.

customer regret
When a customer buys the wrong item, the item does not fit or the customer no longer wants the item, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return to piklohas.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer without communicating with the official.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically credited back to the original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at piklohas@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at piklohas@gmail.com.

Shipping
If you need to return the product, please contact piklohas@gmail.com and we will tell you the address to return the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
