Watch your fingers

Sharp knife that slices through and hard bread. For the price it is well made and does the job with ease. Better than my high end brand set that has lost all its edge and even though I sharpen it it’s nowhere near the ease of cutting I’m getting for. This new knife. For some it may be a bit long but for larger loafs this is the knife to have. Quality is pretty darn good . Nice ergonomics. Good balance and weight. Full tang. And best of all a very decent price.

Big Knife that is not overly large

Sharpness amazing, blade thick enough to be sturdy, but not heavy, handle is comfortable and provides good dexterity to control, also as it’s kicked up slightly, your knuckles clear the table surface with issue of hitting your knuckles - allows a very controlled cut and again the sharpness minimizes the effort needed. Very well designed and very functional - Great value

Never seen a better breadknife value.

Like the length, shape and quality. An excellent value. Only dislike is that the tip and heel oif the knife are unnecessarily sharp and pointed. 2 minutes on my bench sharpener and these points were rounded off and now knife is perfect.

Excellent bread knife for the price

I have lately gone back to making my own bread, including boules with hard crusts. This exposed the inadequacy of my existing bread knives. This one was well reviewed and at a very reasonable price, so I decided to try it. I'm glad I did. It is, as others have pointed out, very sharp, and cuts through thick crusty bread with ease. Unlike other bread knives, the thin blade doesn't smash the bread down when you cut it. I can't yet speak to its durability, but it certainly works well for the job for which it was designed.

Love It!

I will keep this short otherwise it will be an endless rave about this knife!

It is A-MAZ-ING! So sharp! So easy to use. I was amazed that I can very easily cut my soft fresh bread into 1/4 inch (6.3 mm) slices... I couldn't believe it. And it feels so solid in your hand, it is definitely a quality knife.

Super sharp! Looks lethal.

Super sharp. Perfect for large boules or other rustic, crusty breads. Also good for cutting through frozen items (depending on density). A nice addition to my knife collection. Reasonably priced. Well-packed.

Sharp as promised!

I bought this knife for slicing bread since every “bread knife” does more crushing than slicing and this knife didn’t disappoint. I’ve used it several times and it’s just as sharp as when I got it. (Be careful, though— it has sliced pieces off my bamboo bread guide.) The quality is great, easy to use, and feels good in hand.

The biggest con is that it doesn’t have a sleeve, so I keep it in the box it came in, which is longer than any of my drawers.

 Good knife at a reasonable price.

It appears to be a very good knife. So far I cut just two home made crusty bread loafs. The knife worked very well. It is long so it works well with large loafs. It is also very sharp and I hope it stays this way for a long time. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
